When will my jewels arrive?
Each jewel is carefully crafted especially for you. Please allow 7/9 working days for production before shipping.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Are there any duties or taxes on orders?
International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or fees as per destination customs rules. Recipients bear the responsibility for these charges, not covered in the order total and non-refundable by GALET.
Do you offer complimentary shipping?
GALET offers complimentary shipping on orders over €99 within Spain and over €150 within Europe. For certain European destinations, the free shipping threshold may vary depending on the country. Your jewels will arrive beautifully packaged, wherever you are, with our compliments.

Can I request an exchange or a return?
I hope your GALET jewelry becomes a piece you cherish for years to come. If you wish to request an exchange or return, I will be happy to assist you.
Exchanges may be subject to shipping fees depending on your location. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges, returns, and refunds are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

Can I cancel my order?
All purchases made on galetjoies.com are final. Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has not been processed, a refund will be issued within 15 working days. Transaction fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable.

What are the chain options for my pendant?
Our 1 mm sterling silver (925) snake chain has a warm, elegant tone that pairs beautifully with our handcrafted silver pendants. Because of its smooth design, it should be handled with care, as strong bends may cause unwanted breakage, and very active daily wear may cause wear or natural tarnishing over time.
We also offer a 1 mm, 45 cm stainless steel chain as a stronger, low-maintenance alternative. It is more resistant to daily activity and does not oxidize, making it ideal for everyday use and active lifestyles.
All pendants are handcrafted 100% by us. Chains are sourced from a trusted external supplier to match our designs.
Both options are great; the best choice simply depends on your style and lifestyle.
You can also purchase pendants without a chain if you prefer to use your own. In that case, please check the bail size listed in the product description to make sure your chain fits through the openin
Is your jewlery handmade?
Yes! Everything is lovingly handmade in my estudio in la Bisbal d'Emprdà
Are the pieces hallmarked or marked as 925 silver?
The pieces are not hallmarked under industrial precious metal regulations, as this is not industrial jewellery.
Each piece is created entirely by me. I start from pure silver, prepare the alloy by hand as part of the creative process, and cast each piece individually using the lost-wax casting technique.
This artisanal process is an essential part of the value and identity of each piece.
How should I care for my GALET jewellery?
GALET jewellery is handcrafted in silver and bronze. As with all fine objects, it should be handled with care.
Silver and bronze are materials that naturally tend to oxidise. Oxidation may occur through contact with air, humidity, water or skin pH, and can be accelerated by everyday products. This is a normal process, intrinsic to the materials, and should not be considered a defect. In the case of bronze, darker marks may occasionally appear due to skin pH. It’s completely harmless.
- Wear it after applying perfume, hairspray, or makeup
- Remove before bathing, swimming, or exercising
- Store in a soft pouch, separate from other jewellery
- Clean gently with a soft cloth, without rubbing or using abrasives
With proper care, your pieces will remain beautiful for years to come.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. GALET offers a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers material or craftsmanship faults. It does not extend to loss, damage caused by wear and tear (such as scratches, bent rings, or broken chains), improper use or storage, or modifications made by any party other than GALET.
