From the Empordà, between the inspiration of the Costa Brava and the calm of Girona, GALET takes shape. It’s not a factory, but a local, close-to-home project that captures the essence of its surroundings: cultural and popular references, landscape, and subtle nods to pop culture.
The Creative Soul
I’m Marc Garcia Diez, the mind and hands behind GALET. Today I shape metal in the studio, but my background comes from graphic animation and 3D, where I spent over eighteen years creating volumes and forms.
At some point, I felt the need for my designs to leave the screen and become physical objects—pieces you can touch and wear. Jewelry became the perfect medium. GALET is the fusion of digital precision and the warmth of tangible objects that accompany you every day.
Tradition & Craft
At GALET, tradition and future come together. I work with the ancient lost-wax casting technique, combined with the precision of 3D design. Each piece begins on the computer and is then handcrafted in the studio using Silver or Bronze.
I don’t produce in series. I value natural, time-worn finishes and the warmth of the handmade object over, digital perfection. Every piece carries its own subtle marks, making it special, unrepeatable, and truly yours.
